Dana is a professional motocross racer and a lifelong athlete. In his free time he enjoys cycling, snow skiing, motocross and hiking. He has been working as a personal trainer for over 17 year focusing on seniors, athletes, and whole body health. Moreover, he sets a healthy example for his clients by starting with healthy eating. His primary passion is helping others to eat well, feel well, and be well.
